From October 20 to 23, Azerbaijan’s business tourism potential was showcased at the 63rd Congress of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) represented the country at the event, aiming to promote business tourism opportunities and attract more industry representatives to host events in Azerbaijan.

During B2B meetings, leading business tourism specialists and agencies were provided with insights into Azerbaijan’s MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) infrastructure and the country’s overall tourism potential.

Notably, ICCA is one of the world’s most prestigious organizations in the tourism and events sector, comprising over 1,000 international meetings industry representatives from 90 countries.

The association’s main objective is to connect international congress organizers with destination representatives and regularly update its global database of major international events.
